This festival, held in the Maitland Heritage Mall, features Hunter Valley coffee roasters, local Hunter wineries showcasing their wines, wine & cheese matching classes, barista competition, fine food, cheese & chocolate stands, chocolate making demonstrations, presentations on the art of coffee making, high teas on the  Village Green, fashion parades and a vintage car display.  A fabulous way to ward off the winter chill whilst enjoying a fabulous weekend with the family.

Maitland City Centre Mangement is proud to again provide the venue for the Maitland Lions Club Buskers Festival.  Local entertainers and performers will compete in various junior and senior categories for a share of the prize pool. 

A new event to the Maitland CBD.  The festival where the 'Country comes to the City'....Bush Poet Breakfast, Boot Scooting, Young Country Music Talent Contest, Vintage Farm Machinery, Country Cooking Demos, and all kinds of Country Music (including Ballads, Blue Grass, Traditional and Rockabilly).

Thursday Diners Markets - Heritage Mall

Enjoy succulent International Cuisines such as African, Thai and Indian in a balmy outdoor dining setting in the Maitland Heritage Mall.  Perhaps a glass of wine with your dinner?  Free musical entertainment each week.

The Maitland City Centre will be hosting a bumper Christmas programme over the two weeks leading up to Christmas.  Featuring carols in the Heritage Mall, community groups peroming as part of a daily entertainment program, and much more!

New Year's Eve

Bring your family & your chairs, and enjoy New Years Eve by the River, in the Maitland City Centre.  Fireworks at 9pm and 12am, live entertainment, diners, produce & craft markets, and great family activities.

The Maitland Taste Festival will celebrate food and wine, set to the accompanying sounds of jazz from two stages!  The festival will include food demonstrations by celebrity and local chefs; wine master classes; and be laden with fresh produce stands, international cuisine, cheese, boutique beer and a selection of wines.
